RK Roofing & Copper Works was founded by Israel Romero in 2007. What began as a seamless gutter company grew, one job at a time, into a full-service roofing and copper craft shop — now a multi-generational family business serving homeowners across Suffolk and Nassau County.

For nearly 20 years, we've specialized in the kind of roofing most contractors won't touch — standing-seam copper, hand-cut slate, cedar shake, and Spanish tile — along with the custom copper finish work that sets a home apart.

What we do

We're a full-service roofing, siding, and copper shop. The same crew that installs your roof can fabricate your leader heads, finials, and cupolas in-house — not outsource them. It's how we control quality, and it's why our copper work still looks right decades after installation.
